A strong design is essential. Whether you use your architect or our plans, Clark Craftsman Homes helps develop a design to fit your needs, meet your expectations, and exceed your desires. We provide design consultation, from the structure, to its position on the land, driveway approach, material choices, and color pallets that will compliment your vision.
The Right Materials
Clark Craftsman Homes provides samples of every material that is used in your
custom home construction. Some of the materials you will be able to examine are roof shingles, siding, windows and doors, flooring, cabinetry, bath fixtures, lighting fixtures, finish carpentry molding, and shelving material. You can compare materials and their costs, and learn about the pros and cons of each in determining which are right for your project.
A Detailed Budget
A line item estimate is given reflecting your design, land, and material choices. The estimate will show in detail where your dollars are going and a timeline for completing the project. Weekly updates showing the financial expenditures of the project allow for tracking expenses as they occur and continuously show the financial status of the project.
Your Custom Home Construction
Clark Craftsman Homes are green home builders and will handle all aspects of your custom home construction from permitting, to properly sighting the home, to overseeing all aspects of construction. You will have complete access to the project to witness first hand your visions turning into reality.
Building a Custom Home - and a Relationship
Finishing the project and handing over the keys is not the end. Clark Craftsman Homes is committed to your complete satisfaction with your custom built home. Twelve months after move-in, Clark Craftsman Homes will perform a detailed final “checkup” to ensure that all mechanical systems as well as cosmetic details are functioning properly.
